The present invention relates to an astaxanthin solubilizing composition in which astaxanthin is loaded in lecithin nanoliposol, a method for preparing the astaxanthin solubilized composition, and a method for preparing a frozen powder of the astaxanthin solubilized composition. The astaxanthin solubilizing composition according to the present invention can improve the water solubility of astaxanthin, and the frozen powder of the astaxanthin solubilizing composition using sucrose can stably store the astaxanthin solubilized composition for a long period of time and re-freeze it after lyophilization. It is possible to improve the stability and dispersibility of astaxanthin during dispersion.
