The present invention relates to an amphiphilic norbornene-based block copolymer having stimulation reactivity, a polymer brush thereof, a supramolecular self-assembled nanostructure thereof, a method for manufacturing the same, and an application thereof, and the amphiphilic norbornene-based block having a stimulation reactivity of the present invention. By using the copolymer and its polymer brush, it is possible to form a polymer electrolyte composite cylindrical micelle and a polymer electrolyte composite vesicle, which can be reversibly changed according to temperature stimulation. The polyelectrolyte complex cylindrical micelles and the polyelectrolyte complex vesicles of the present invention can be used as pH-sensitive drug carriers.
