A learning method, program and system in the big data-based volatile domain are provided. The big data-based learning method in the volatile area includes: a data cloud acquiring disease data from one or more medical institution servers; storing the disease data acquired by the data cloud in a medical institution data storage; a specific user in the learning cloud and transmitting, by the data cloud, the specific disease data stored in a medical institution data storage in the data cloud, as disease data for learning, to the specific user learning space when a request for transmission of specific disease data is received from the learning space.
