The present invention is an apparatus for easily and conveniently measuring and evaluating the size and distribution of a material in which one main material is mixed with another material. Such a mixed material may contain small gas bubbles in the liquid, and depending on the size and distribution of the mixed gas, even if the same liquid and gas are mixed, the performance and use may be different, so evaluation is very important. It is very important for the efficiency of operation to check the condition actually measured during operation in an actual industrial site. Depending on the distribution and state of this mixture, it is applied to health food, is applied to the food industry as well as the medical and environmental industries, and application to the cleaning process of semiconductors is being studied. In particular, the reason why it is considered important as an alternative use in the existing industry is that it is completely harmless as an eco-friendly material such as water and air, is economical compared to the existing method, and has the same or greater effect. In addition, the advantage of minimizing the emission of air pollutants while maximizing fuel efficiency is not only applied to the combination of water and air, but also when nano-sized gasoline liquid is used as fuel in the air, such as when gasoline is injected and combined with air. As such, advances in these technologies will continue to occur. Therefore, the present invention is an apparatus for optically measuring a material having a size from a very small size to a certain size using different light sources in the apparatus for producing the different materials, and it is convenient for non-specialists who do not specialize in optics. It is easy to operate and check, so it can be easily applied to the production of so-called nano, fine bubbles or micro bubbles.
