METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASES AND OTHER INTESTINAL PATHOLOGY IN CHILDHOOD

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to ultrasonic diagnostics and gastroenterology, and can be used for differential diagnostics of chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) in childhood. For this purpose, an ultrasonic examination is executed, determining two ultrasonic indicators: CE - the value of the indicator of ultrasonic compression elastography and the MA indicator - interloop ascites. The classification values of the labels: "No IBD" and "IBD" are then calculated consecutively according to two original mathematical formulas. CE is therein the value of the indicator of ultrasonic compression elastography: 1 - absence of category 1A of the elastographic staining type on the elastogram of the large intestine, 2 - presence of category 1A; MA - value of the ultrasonic feature of interloop ascites: 1 - no interloop ascites, 2 - interloop ascites. The diagnosis is then determined based on the label with the maximum value.;EFFECT: method provides accurate differential diagnostics of chronic inflammatory bowel diseases in children due to calculation of certain indicators based on the coefficients obtained during examination.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex
