An antigen binding protein. Compared with the light and heavy chain variable region sequences of omalizumab, the antigen binding protein comprises an amino acid mutant. The antigen binding protein is an anti-IgE engineered antibody. Further involved are a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antigen binding protein, and a method thereof for relieving or treating a disease related to an abnormal IgE level.
