The proposed invention relates in particular to a method for power-operated adjustment of different adjustment components (1.1-1.4, 2.1-2.3, 3.1-3.3, 4, 5; Ka, Kb, Kc) in a vehicle interior (I) on the basis of at least two different, stored adjustment scenarios, via which different adjustment positions, into which the various adjustment components (1.1-1.4, 2.1-2.3, 3.1-3.3, 4, 5; Ka, Kb, Kc) will be adjusted in a power-operated manner following selection of an adjustment scenario, are specified for the different adjustment components (1.1-1.4, 2.1-2.3, 3.1-3.3, 4, 5; Ka, Kb, Kc). In response to at least one inactivity signal (sA, sB) generated for a specific adjustment component (Kc), - the adjustment of the one specific adjustment component (Kc) is deactivated in all adjustment scenarios and/or - for all adjustment scenarios which provide an adjustment of the one specific adjustment component (Kc), the system stores that a warning signal (sH) warning of an inactivity of the adjustment component (Kc) is triggered when such an adjustment scenario is selected.
