An ultrasonic imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise a vector generator, a singular correlation coefficient calculator, and a component divider. The vector generator can generate a special singular vector on the basis of a rearranged matrix determined according to a plurality of ultrasonic image frames. The singular correlation coefficient calculator can calculate the correlation coefficient between unit singular vectors included in the special singular vector. The component divider can divide, according to the correlation coefficient, image components included in the ultrasonic image frames into a plurality of constituent components. The ultrasonic imaging device according to the present invention can divide image components into a plurality of constituent components according to the correlation coefficient between unit singular vectors included in a special singular vector, and thus can extract and image blood flow components.
