An apparatus and method for indicating sound localization, comprising implementing behind-the-ear hearing aids at the end of temple frames of a glasses assembly having a lens frame with lenses, a left temple frame, and a right temple frame joined to the lens frame, such that hearing aids are positioned behind the ears of a user wearing the glasses assembly. Implementing a processor interacting with the hearing aids and a plurality of LEDs in an array in a back surface of the lens frame above the lenses such that the user is enabled to see the LEDs when wearing the glasses assembly, indicating localization for arriving audio events.
