PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight mask assisting tool capable of expanding a space between a mask and a mouth. SOLUTION: A mask auxiliary tool 2 is connected to a locking portion 3a, 3b fastened to an edge of the mask 1 and a locking portion 3a, 3b via a connecting portion 4a, 4b, and is arranged on the back side of the mask 1. A main body 7 for inflating the mask 1 is provided. The main body portion 7 has a pair of first bone portions 6a and 6b that are formed integrally with each other by narrowing the distance between the main body portions 7 and the locking portions 3a and 3b.
