PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method including a network controller. In a directional point-to-point network, a network controller receives information from a node in the network. A node contains one node moving with respect to another node, informedly generates a table representing the available nodes and possible links in the network, and determines the network topology based on the table. Then, the client data information is received from the client device, and the flow related to the topology is determined based on the client data information. Each flow contains one or more requirements for a routing route through the network. The network controller also generates a network configuration related to the topology based on the flow, sends instructions to the nodes of the network, realizes the network configuration, and sends client data.
