Highly specific and sensitive immunoadsorption diagnostic assay with simultaneous resolution of multiple antibody isotypes

Compositions and methods for the diagnosis of infectious diseases are provided. Antibody isotypes, subtypes, and glycosylation patterns provide signature patterns that can identify patient responses to infectious agents and infections. Patients who are more likely to benefit from therapeutic intervention can be identified from those who are less likely to be responsive. Therapy is also provided.
