The embodiments of the present disclosure provide nonlinear computational analysis of cData and nData derived from user interaction with a mobile electronic device performing an instance of a computer controlled treatment procedure. cData and nData can be calculated according to one or more artificial neural networks or deep learning techniques to derive patterns between computer-controlled stimuli or interactions and sensor data. Computation models or rule engines can be applied to fit, modify, configure, or present one or more graphical user interface elements in subsequent instances of computer-controlled treatment treatment plans.
