An aircraft positioning method, and a control method and apparatus for an assisted positioning system. The aircraft positioning method comprises: controlling a wireless positioning mobile station of an aircraft to be in wireless signal communication with wireless positioning mobile stations of multiple positioned unmanned aerial vehicles in an unmanned aerial vehicle positioning system (S601), the multiple positioned unmanned aerial vehicles hovering in the air; obtaining location information of the multiple positioned unmanned aerial vehicles which are in wireless signal communication with the wireless positioning mobile station of the aircraft (S602); and determining location information of the aircraft according to the wireless signal communication between the wireless positioning mobile station of the aircraft and the wireless positioning mobile stations of the multiple positioned unmanned aerial vehicles in the unmanned aerial vehicle positioning system, and the location information of the positioned unmanned aerial vehicles which are in wireless signal communication with the aircraft (S603). The positioning requirement of the aircraft is met, and the coverage range and the scalability of a positioning system are improved.
