A charge/discharge equalization control method, a battery assembly, and an electric system provided in the present application. The battery assembly comprises M battery modules, the M battery modules being connected in parallel, M being a positive integer greater than 1; each battery module comprises: a control unit, a DC-DC converter, and an energy storage unit, the control unit being electrically connected to the DC-DC converter, and the DC-DC converter being further electrically connected to a load and/or a power supply; for each battery module, the method comprises: a control unit determines a reference value of a power parameter, the reference value being used for achieving equalized charge/discharge of M battery modules; and the control unit controls an actual value of the power parameter to be equal to the reference value by means of a DC-DC converter. Therefore, the equalized charge/discharge of the M battery modules is achieved, parallel power of battery modules having different volumes in parallel connection in the battery assembly is achieved, and the problem in the related prior art that the requirement on the consistency of battery cell packets in the battery modules is high due to parallel use of the battery modules is solved.
