A mounting structure for use in a lamp, and a lamp. The mounting structure (1) comprises a base assembly (100) and a bonding assembly (200); the base assembly comprises a fixing body (101), two fastening members (102) connected to the fixing body, and an elastic abutting member (110) connected to the fixing body; the elastic abutting member is located between the two fastening members; the bonding assembly comprises two clamping hooks (202) and an abutting surface (210) located between the two clamping hooks; the two clamping hooks are respectively engaged to corresponding fastening members; and the elastic abutting member abuts against the abutting surface. When mounting a lamp that uses the mounting structure, it is only necessary to engage the clamping hooks with the corresponding fastening members without the need for fixing members such as a screw and a rivet, thereby simplifying a mounting process and being convenient to operate.
