Disclosed is an invention regarding a nail art device and a nail art method using same. The disclosed nail art device comprises: a nail measuring device for measuring the shape of a nail introduced through a hand introduction opening formed through the front surface of the body thereof; a touchscreen for displaying the shape of the nail measured by the nail measuring device, displaying nail design and color desired by a user, and enabling input of information regarding nail design and color; a printer for printing nail design and color according to the shape of the nail measured by the nail measuring device; a sticker supplier for supplying a nail sticker selected by the user through the touchscreen; an artificial nail supplier for supplying an artificial nail selected by the user through the touchscreen; a payment module used to pay the cost for nail art; and a controller for controlling the constituent devices. According to a nail art method using same, a nail area is distinguished by using an image processing technology on the basis of a hand image taken by a three-dimensional nail measuring device, and a nail art image selected by the user is directly printed on a user nail or printed on an artificial nail such that same can be attached to a nail.
