The present invention provides a portable eyeball examination device and an eyeball examination method using same. The portable eyeball examination device is detachable from a user terminal that includes: a case; a camera coupled to the case and at least partially exposed to the outside; and a light source coupled to the case so as to be adjacent to the camera and at least partially exposed to the outside. The portable eyeball examination device is characterized by comprising: a light guide part which has one end coupled to the case adjacent to the light source and is formed so as to be bent; a light reflection part which reflects the light emitted from the light source to the outside of the light guide part; and an optical filter part which is coupled to the other end of the light guide part and adjusts the thickness of light. The light reflection part reflects light toward the eyeball so that the light is inclined with respect to light entering the camera from the eyeball.
