According to one aspect of the present invention, an apparatus and method for producing ferrate of an electrooxidation method are provided. The electrooxidation type ferrate manufacturing apparatus includes an anode part and a cathode part which are alternately arranged at regular intervals in the electrolyzer; a reaction flow path device positioned between the anode part and the cathode part and having a plurality of flow channels through which electrolyte, coolant, and cleaning agent pass; and an ion exchange membrane formed between the reaction flow path devices.
