An obstacle avoidance tax device (100) is a device which, if an obstacle that needs to be avoided, is on the front of the direction of travel of a vehicle (1),which operates on the basis of a predetermined route, is identified, calculates a route of avoidance to avoid the obstacle and causes the vehicle (1) to run on the basis of the route of avoidance.
