The GLR TECH (or simply GLR) system is a technology developed to act with the fourth stage of internal combustion engines (Otto and Diesel cycle) to clean exhaust gases and particulate material, reduce the temperature of emissions and simultaneously generate electrical energy from the waste in the heat exchange of the engines. The volume, pressure, speed and temperature of the gases will feed the system for generating mechanical energy and subsequently electrical energy (DC and AC). The new energy source, generated by the GLR TECH, can be used in part of vehicle routes, as well as hybrid buses and trucks to be created, in order to reduce consumption of fossil fuels, generating savings and significantly helping to preserve the environment. The extra energy can also be stored in various batteries, or used as lost power recovery in internal combustion engines. It is also an essential system in maritime engines, locomotives and small generators in thermoelectric plants.The residual water resulting from the gas cleaning process can be discharged into treatment stations at fueling stations or into tanks therein, where said water can be collected, treated and returned to nature without impairing the water tables. The water can even be used to irrigate agricultural fields in predominantly-dry areas.After search updating, new inventions for the GLR TECH and tests after the last patent filed, the main innovations and strategic layout alterations are as follows: pre-treatment system (129) before the driving force generation turbine to condense and pre-treat the gases and particulate materials; flow rectifier before the tangential inlet (130); diffuser pipes (112) with the purpose of compressing the gases and particulate materials therein and project the same into the baffle disks (111); diffuser pipes at the outlet of the so-called condenser, purger, diffuser and baffle (110); driving force generation turbine (118); energy generator using the torque from the rotor; internal energy generator (117); flow rectifier in the tangential inlet I (127) and flow rectifier in the tangential inlet II (134); new full-cone atomizer nozzle to hydrate particles and clean gases (115); diffuser in the condenser I and II (133); baffle disk of the condenser I and II (116); and other necessary innovations, maintaining previously proven processes, for the total efficiency of the GLR TECH System.
