A non-face-to-face exercise management platform providing system for the disabled according to the present invention, a client server including a video education platform for interactively outputting the audiovisual image to a display by generating an audiovisual image of the instructor and the disabled based on a microphone and a camera; a basic information input module for inputting basic information including the age, disability grade, height, and weight of the disabled; an exercise class generation module for classifying the basic information to generate an exercise class for the disabled; an exercise program generating module for generating an exercise program according to the exercise class; and an exercise service execution module configured to set the exercise image generated by the instructor based on the exercise program as an audiovisual image of the instructor and output it to the display. According to the non-face-to-face exercise management platform providing system for the disabled according to the present invention, it provides an effect of providing a healthy environment in which the socially weak, the disabled, can comfortably and more conveniently perform exercise in a non-face-to-face manner.
