The invention relates to technology based on a helicopter, and can be used for processing, for example, blades of wind power plants, ships standing far from the pier, oil and gas installations located in the sea, power lines located in the mountains, or extinguishing fires at facilities for which are intended for fire extinguishing systems using aviation, namely, helicopters. The device contains a sealed container with a water-salt solution and a gas generator, a combustion chamber with an ignition device and at least one reaction chamber communicating with it, connected to a container with a water-salt solution, and a superheating chamber with a device for creating a steam-aerosol jet. Additionally, it contains a thermally insulated sealed container with an aqueous solution with working components, and a gas generator connected by a pipeline with a valve with a nozzle belt installed in the overheating chamber, in the lower part of which there is a device for creating a steam aerosol jet. It is a prechamber, consisting of a cylindrical body, on one side connected to the body of the overheating chamber, having a conical bell at the inlet with a narrowing towards the prechamber, and on the other side closed with a pear-shaped cap. At the entrance to the prechamber, there are one or more branch pipes with conical converging nozzles directed strictly downward along the axis of the installation, and the sealed containers are equipped with an electric heater.;EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the device is provided by creating the possibility of using various working environments - for processing ice - a solution with the addition of anti-icing agents, and for extinguishing a fire - a solution with the addition of wetting agents - and improving performance.;7 cl, 4 dwg
