PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with skin cancer and eye damage when exposed to ultraviolet rays. Judgment of the risk evaluation standard is whether or not the time of exposure to ultraviolet rays and the amount of ultraviolet rays should be temporary like medical devices (X-rays, MR). The risk of not irradiating the human body directly with artificial ultraviolet rays was set to zero. SOLUTION: This is performed under a structure in which ultraviolet rays are directly applied to the human body. As a method, the breath exhaled from the mouth and nose is used in a limited area in a UV-C light irradiation enclosed space.
