PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless nickel plating film having excellent crack resistance and an electroless nickel plating bath suitable for forming the electroless nickel plating film. The electroless nickel plating bath of the present invention has the gist of containing a water-soluble nickel salt, a hypophosphite, and a water-soluble ruthenium compound, and the electroless nickel plating film of the present invention.
