The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a drug-releasing stent capable of coating a drug by forming a three-dimensional nanostructured film on the stent surface, and a drug-releasing stent prepared thereby, comprising the steps of: (a) preparing the stent; (b) forming a three-dimensional nanostructured film on the surface of the stent; and (c) modifying the surface of the three-dimensional nanostructured film; provides a method for manufacturing a drug-releasing stent comprising; and a drug-releasing stent prepared thereby.
