A motor controller (1) of an electrical appliance (200), a motor apparatus (100) of the electrical appliance, and the electrical appliance. The motor controller comprises: a first control circuit (102), the first control circuit being electrically connected to a first drive motor (2) and a second drive motor (3) and used for controlling the first drive motor and the second drive motor to operate; and a second control circuit (104), the second control circuit being electrically connected to windings of the second drive motor and used for controlling the windings (32a, 32b, 32c) of the second drive motor to serve as a reactor. When a reactor is required, the windings of the second drive motor are used as the reactor, thereby simplifying the structure of the electrical appliance, saving the utilization space inside the whole machine, improving the integration level of the electrical appliance, reducing mounting steps, improving the production efficiency, and reducing system material costs of the electrical appliance.
