A multi-channel light spectrum-based spectrometer and a reflectance measurement method. Regarding the spectrometer: a primary machine (1) comprises an integrating sphere (4), a light source (6), and a primary sensor (10), a detection hole (403) is provided at one side of a top part of the integrating sphere (4), a light passage hole (401) is provided at a side face of same, a measurement opening (402) is provided at a bottom part of same, the light source (6) is arranged at an outer side of the light passage hole (401), and the primary sensor (10) is arranged at an outer side of the detection hole (403); a calibration box (2) comprises an outer casing (203) and a white plate (201) arranged at a top part of the outer casing (203), the white plate (201) correspondingly matches with the measurement opening (402), and the calibration box (2) is matchingly connected to the primary machine (1). Said measurement method comprises: S201, internally configuring a standard reflectance and corresponding multi-channel sampling data for the primary machine (1); S202, using the primary machine (1) and obtaining target color data for multiple channels; S203, traversing the primary machine, calculating a total difference value, and recording data corresponding to a minimum value; S204, calculating data C λ for channel λ; S205, calculating data S λ for channel λ; and S206, calculating and outputting a reflectance.
