METHOD FOR PRACTICING SKILLS OF TRIANGULATION IN ARTHROSCOPIC KNEE JOINT SURGERY USING SIMULATION TECHNOLOGY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to train trauma orthopedists in basic skills of arthroscopic knee joint surgery. The training is conducted on an ARTHROMentor simulator. The automatic skill of a technical exercise is practiced by consecutively hitting 11 training points located on the structures of the knee joint cavity in a predetermined order, using an arthroscopic probe, under control of an arthroscope. The skill is considered acquired if the student hits the proposed points within 60 seconds in the predetermined order, without losing sight of the tool, and without misses.;EFFECT: method ensures effective acquisition of skills of coordinated movements with both hands on the sub-sensory and sensory levels, thereby reducing the likelihood of technical errors during arthroscopic examination of the knee joint cavity and arthroscopic knee joint surgery due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.;1 cl
