PROCEDURE AND SYSTEM FOR INITIATING A STANDARD COMPONENT UNDER THE USE OF A STANDARD SIMULATION MODEL

This disclosure provides a process and a system for creating a punched component using a punching simulation model. A process for forming a punched component from a raw material with an industrial punching machine during a punching processkeeps measuring a variety of parameters of the punching process. The parameters are provided as variables of the punching process. The process also involves analysing the multitude of parameters for adapting the punching process for the raw material by a punching process model.defining a control parameter of the industrial punching machine for the raw material by the punching process model and punching the raw material with the industrial punching machine based on the defined control parameter to form the punched component.
