To enable a rechargeable battery to be fully charged in practical use. A charging control contains a power measurement unit that is configured to measure a charging current of a rechargeable battery, a detection unit that is configured to switch from a constant charge to a constant charge based on the charging current measured by the power measurement unit, detect the rechargeable battery during the charging process; and an update unit that is configured,to update a full charge capacity of the rechargeable battery based on a charged capacity after the time of switching from the constant current charge to the constant voltage charge detected by the detection unit.
