To provide an endoscope disinfection machine that includes a detergent charging mechanism capable of charging detergent into a disinfection tank with a simple configuration, and eliminating drive control when charging the detergent.SOLUTION: A detergent charging mechanism 27 of an endoscope disinfection machine 1 has a rotating body 73 including a cup 71 holding detergent and a float 72 with air encapsulated, and a support mechanism 75 for rotatably supporting a rotating body 73 around a rotary shaft L at the lower part from a full water level between a detergent holding position 73A where an opening 71a of the cup 71 is directed to the upper part and a detergent discharge position 73B where an opening 2a is directed to the lower part. When the water surface S of the raw water supplied to a disinfection tank 2 reaches the float 72, the float 72 comes up with the ascent of the water surface S and the rotating body 73 rotates in the first rotating direction R1. Then, in the state where the raw water reaches the full water level, the water surface is positioned in the upper part of the opening 2a. Accordingly, the detergent held in the cup 71 spreads, and dissolves in the raw water to become the washing water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
