The present invention provides a method for calculating the phase diagram of a solid solution considering the local strain energy using an efficient and economical method. A method for calculating a state diagram of a solid solution according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: setting a micro-state in which a first substance group and a second substance group constituting the solid solution are mixed; deriving free relaxation energies for the arrays present in the microstate; deriving strain energies for the arrays; deriving a large partition function using the free relaxation energy and the strain energy; deriving free energy using the large partition function; and calculating a phase diagram of the solid solution by using the free energy.
