An object of the present invention is to provide a bridge structure cutting device having a dry suction unit capable of effectively collecting dust generated during a cutting operation to greatly improve environmental pollution as well as a work site, and a bridge structure cutting method using the same. The present invention for this purpose is disposed on the upper surface of the object to be cut, the lower portion facing the upper surface of the object to be cut is an upper cover having a first accommodating portion is opened; a rotating blade that is rotatably coupled to the upper cover and rotates while a lower portion is exposed to the outside of the first accommodating part to cut the object to be cut; a first driving unit for rotating the rotary blade; a lower cover disposed on a lower surface of the object to be cut, the lower cover having a second accommodating portion having an open upper portion facing the lower surface of the object to be cut; and a suction part connected to the first accommodating part and the second accommodating part, and sucking the dust filled in the first accommodating part and the second accommodating part when the cut object is cut.
