To provide a technique for a rush prevention circuit that can deal with variety in power supply specification and load rating.SOLUTION: A rush prevention circuit comprises: a contact relay that controls conduction and opening of a first power supply path connecting a power supply with a load; a non-contact relay that controls conduction and opening of a second power supply path branching from the first power supply path, in parallel with the first power supply path, and connected to the load; and control means for the non-contact relay that controls, while the contact relay conducts the first power supply path, at least one of a resistance value in a conduction period of the second power supply path, the conduction period of the second power supply path, a repeating cycle of the conduction period of the second power supply path, the ratio between the conduction period and an open period of the second power supply path, and a current value in the conduction period of the second power supply path, and equalizes the power from the power supply branched to the second power supply path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
