PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a rush current from running into an external load upon power-on operation without necessity of feeding back a monitoring result of an output terminal.;SOLUTION: The rush current prevention circuit includes a plurality of transistors provided in parallel between an output signal source and an output terminal. The plurality of transistors are sequentially changed from a non-conductive state to a conductive state. In the rush current prevention method of the rush current prevention circuit having the plurality of transistors provided in parallel between the output signal source and the output terminal, control means further included in the rush current prevention circuit sequentially may bring the plurality of transistors from the non-conductive state to the conductive state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
