The system (100) is configured to receive first patient-related image data of an image taken from a patient and identify a first anatomic feature in the first patient-related image data. Further, the system (100) is configured to generate merged patient-related image data based on the first patient-related image data and second patient-related image data of the patient. The second patient-related image data includes a representation of the same anatomic feature as the first anatomic feature identified in the first patient-related image data. Further, the first patient-related image data was received from a first source and at least a part of the second patient-related image data was received from a different, second source, the first patient-related image data was generated by a first imaging technology and at least a part of the second patient-related image data was generated by a different, second imaging technology, and/or the first patient-related image data was taken from the patient at a first point in time and at least a part of the second patient-related image data was taken from the patient at a second point in time. The first point in time differs from the second point in time at least by one month.
