A telemedicine system according to one embodiment may comprise: a gateway for transmitting monitoring information including stimulus signals and biosignals corresponding to the stimulus signals to a cloud, on the basis of the stimulus signals; and a server which extracts the stimulus signal and the biosignal from the transmitted monitoring information, provides the extracted stimulus signals and the biosignals as an input to a prestored stimulus control model using artificial intelligence-based machine learning algorithm, regenerates, as an output of the stimulus control model, stimulus signals for enabling the biosignals to be controlled for the balance of sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves, and feeds back the regenerated stimulus signals to a user-customized vagus nerve stimulation and pulsed electromagnetic field treatment device. The monitoring information may include biosignals measured in response to stimulation generated by stimulating the vagus nerves in the form of electromagnetic waves at a stimulation site, on the basis of the stimulus signals generated by the user-customized vagus nerve stimulation and pulsed electromagnetic field treatment device, and the user-customized vagus nerve stimulation and pulsed electromagnetic field treatment device may newly stimulate the vagus nerves by the fed back stimulus signal.
