An electronic siren and a radio with the extended range and increased audibility of the emitted audio signals containing at least one control unit (2), at least one electronic amplifier (1) and at least one electro-acoustic emitting set (3) wherein it further contains at least one management unit (7); electronic amplifier (1) contains microprocessor (4) enabling the digital signal processing equipped with the software for the digitalisation of the audio signal and processing of the audio signal in the digital shape by means of mathematical algorithms; the electronic amplifier (1) further contains block (5) for conversion of the digital signal to the analogue signal and the power amplifier (6); the microprocessor (4) is connected to the block (5) for conversion of the digital signal to the analogue signal and the block (5) is connected to the power amplifier (6); the control unit (2) is connected to the management unit (7) and the management unit (7) is connected to the microprocessor (4) of the electronic amplifier (1) and the power amplifier (6) of the electronic amplifier (1) is connected to the electro-acoustic emitting set (3).
