摘要
The present invention relates to an in-line type kitchen hood and a control method therefor. In order to effectively discharge odors and heat, an in-line fan (also known as a four-flow type in-line fan), an inlet silencer, and an outlet silencer with built-in damper (aka reducer) are integrated into the hood. By installing it on the collecting cap and lowering the height of the hood, it is discharged through a gently installed curved pipe to reduce static pressure loss. It works effectively before mixing with the indoor air, and the hood must be operated all the time even before pollutants are generated. However, since a large amount of power is consumed when running all the time, use fine dust and CO2 sensors to determine whether the indoor pollution situation requires simple ventilation. If ventilation is required due to indoor CO2 generation rather than fine dust generation by judging whether the range is polluted or not, the BLDC hood motor operates at 1/2 or less of the maximum exhaust rotation speed while satisfying the minimum indoor ventilation amount to always use less than 10W. It is characterized in that the control based on the pollution concentration control of the low-power in-line fan hood minimizes the amount of power consumption by controlling the power consumption so that it can be operated at all times.
