PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle gripping device for gripping a puncture needle for puncturing a target in a patient's body and a puncture needle gripping device provided with the puncture needle gripping device, wherein the gripped puncture needle can be opened by remote operation. Provided is a puncture robot equipped with the device and the puncture needle gripping device. SOLUTION: A puncture needle gripping device (40) is provided with a first finger (22a) and a second finger (22b) for sandwiching a base end of the puncture needle (10), and the first finger (22a) is provided. The puncture needle (10) is grasped by sandwiching the base end of the puncture needle (10) between the second finger (22b) and the second finger (22b), and the first finger (22a) and the second finger (22b) are remotely controlled from each other.
