Methods and Compositions for Adoptive T Cell Therapy Using Induced Notch Signaling

The disclosure herein provides, in some embodiments, methods and compositions relating to the culture and modification of T cells that maintain a less differentiated state. T cells are cultured under conditions that induce Notch signaling. The resulting T cells exhibit a long-term maintenance of poor differentiation and are less susceptible to exhaustion. Also provided are cells produced by this method, as well as related compositions and methods of use for adoption therapy.
