Chromatographic process for purification of insulin analogues

The present invention relates to a process for purifying a non-glycosylated insulin analog by removal of the glycosylated protein from a mixture containing a glycosylated protein and a non-glycosylated protein. Removal is achieved by a combination of two RP-HPLC steps.
