System, comprehensive:one or more computers and one or more storage devices on which instructions are stored, designed to induce one or more computers to perform operations involving:Provide value-based training data, the training data comprising several instances of (i) user characteristics, (ii) characteristics of corresponding content elements presented to users, and (iii) respective values of a value variable intended for each of the content elements for users, where the respective values of user behaviour with respect to content elements presented to users are determined by a value model based on an anchorage variable in the user behaviour;Train an evaluation model on the training data to generate value-based points from user characteristics and content element characteristics;the classification of a majority of eligible content elements selected by a classification engine for a first user, with the classification engine receiving specific value-based points generated by the trained assessment model for the relevant content elements and the first user; andProvide two or more of the eligible content elements for the first user in a sequence determined by the classification.
