Separation of frequency multiplexed microwave signals using cascaded cascaded multipath interference Josephson separators

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cascading microwave separator, a method for forming a cascading microwave separator, and a superconductor manufacturing system. A cascading microwave separator (cascade) includes a set of Josephson devices, each Josephson device in this set having a corresponding microwave frequency operating bandwidth. Different operating bandwidths have corresponding different center frequencies. A series coupling is formed between the first Josephson device in this set and the nth Josephson device in this set. By this series coupling, the first Josephson device separates the signal of the first frequency from the frequency-multiplexed microwave signal (multiplexed signal) in the first signal flow direction in the series coupling, and the nth. Josephson device separates the nth frequency signal from the multiplexed signal in the first signal flow direction in series. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
