An embodiment of the present invention provides a target recognition method, an apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device. The target recognition method includes: acquiring a first image and a second image, wherein the first image and the second image both include a target to be determined; generating a prediction path based on the first image and the second image, wherein both ends of the prediction path correspond to the first image and the second image, respectively; and determining whether the target to be determined in the first image and the target to be determined in the second image is the same target based on the determination result by performing a validity determination on the prediction path.
