METHOD FOR ARTHROSCOPIC REFIXATION OF MENISCAL RUPTURES WITH ASSOCIATED DAMAGE TO THE LIGAMENTS OF THE KNEE JOINT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for surgical recovery of meniscal damage with associated rupture of the knee joint ligaments. Autotendon bands are formed from tendons of the semitendonosus and gracilis muscles with a width of 1 mm. A medial access is then performed in the projection of the joint gap. A 2/0 thread is placed into the cannulated needle of the venous catheter without a needle with a loop at the output. An injection is then performed through the medial access, the joint capsule and the meniscus, and an autotendon band is placed into the loop. The manipulation of the injection is repeated followed by passing the free edge of the autotendon band through the loop. Both ends of the band are removed through the medial access and nodal fixation is performed.;EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of recovery of meniscal ruptures and preserves the structural and functional properties thereof with associated damage to the knee joint ligaments due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.;2 cl, 1 dwg
