FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for operative restoration of function of knee joint at ruptures of an anterior cruciate ligament. Transplant is formed from the popliteal muscle tendons. In the tibia a cylindrical through channel is formed, through which a formed graft of at least 70 mm length is antegrade. Fixation of the above graft in the formed bone channels is performed by means of osteoinductive biodegradable interferential screws introduced from the joint cavity, while immersing them to the level of the subchondral bone. Screw driver guide for the osteoinductive biodegradable interferential screw is set along an anterior wall of the shinbone channel.;EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of graft damage when a screwdriver is inserted into a tibial canal, simplifying the technique and duration of arthroscopic plasty by forming a cylindrical through passage, as well as by installing a screwdriver guide along the front wall of said canal.;1 cl, 1 ex
