SOLUTION: A procyanidin-containing composition derived from an apple juice centrifugal residue is provided in the form of a food, a food additive, a pharmaceutical product, or a cosmetic product for improving health condition or cosmetology. The method for producing a material such as apple-derived procyanidin is a method for producing a material for a procyanidin or a procyanidin-containing composition (procyanidin or the like).
