PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting support system, a lifting support method and a lifting support program for supporting efficient and accurate transportation in lifting work. A support server (20) includes an image pickup device (11) for acquiring information on a swing state of a hook and a control unit (21) for communicating with a tower crane (C1). When the control unit 21 specifies the position of the hook suspended from the tip of the jib of the tower crane C1 in the image pickup apparatus 11 and detects the swing at the hook position, the swing width and the period of the swing are specified.
